A strike can result in the loss of life or disability among the patients; hence, turning their face away from the duty is not acceptable from the doctors. Some patients may be awaiting the chemotherapy for the cancer; some patients might be awaiting an operation that will help him or her to see again, while some may be waiting to walk again. The negligence the doctors can result in various issues for the patients; some patients may suffer permanent disability, while some may lose their life due to the negligence caused by the strikes. The society cannot stop seeing doctors as human beings and they should fight for their rights. Once the association under which the doctors are working look after them well, there will be less amount of strikes among the doctors. They mainly go on strikes for denial in proper compensation, lack of infrastructure and resources. Once the working conditions of the doctors are taken good care of, there will be lesser strikes and the lives will be saved.
